Features

The same order, a different view for each role.

Each role sees the same order. Intake, authorization, and scheduling stay distinct, and a person still clears the patient.

A queue of arriving orders beside one open case.

Intake staff

  • Fax, email, and upload land in one queue.
  • The missing fact is named in plain language on the same case.
  • Staff can see who should follow up.

Authorization coordinators

  • Authorization is separate from a missing fact.
  • Status and the validity window stay on the case.
  • Denials and peer-to-peer work stay with a person.

Schedulers

  • Eligible openings appear on the staff schedule.
  • The patient confirms a time before it is booked.
  • A time outside the authorization window cannot be confirmed.

Patients

  • The phone shows the site, the exam, the date, and the time.
  • Choosing a time is not a booking until they confirm it.
  • A person at the center is the contact if they need help.

Referring physicians

  • The same case can show received, missing, and booked.
  • The ordering office stays in the story of the order.

Administrators

  • An attention board shows what needs a person.
  • A suggested follow-up is a prompt, not a saved assignment.

Technologists

  • Screening answers, when collected, are for a person to review.
  • The software does not clear the patient.
  • A signed questionnaire is not a clearance.

A signature is not a clearance

A signed form records that a person signed. A technologist still reviews screening answers and decides whether the patient may be examined.
